In the Immediacy of the Unseen

We seek to make visible
The immediacy of the unseen
What is lived 
That falls away and vanishes
Without words or form.

Yet here!
Here we pull 
Across the threshold of shadows
A moment. 
Then another and another!

To restore what was shared.
And what wasn’t. 
What we regret.
What we celebrated.
What now is gone.

The loss!
Again and again,
Seen and unseen,
The light extinguished!

Here Illuminated!
